Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery and must be unused and in it's original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. Sadly items that have started to be used cannot be returned.

All out products are handmade with love. Due to the high demand of our beautiful melts, despatch time can vary from 1-7 days. Delivery is an average of 3 days. If your order is urgent-please select 'urgent' upon the selection of delivery.
