All You Wanted to Know And More
-Our policy lasts 14 days. If you have received an order from us and you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any item that is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-We only accept returns on unopened products. If you have opened, used or partially used any of the items, a refund will only be given if the item is faulty*. If you have received a free gift(s), it must be returned in the above condition-if this is not possible, then you will be charged for the free gift(s) and the amount will be deducted from any refund amount owed.
-Delivery charges are non-refundable, the customer is responsible for return postage.
-The Original Wax Melt Company are not responsible for delays during delivery.
-Our dispatch time varies and is only a guideline, our estimated dispatch time is between 7-10 days, which WILL increase during busy periods.
-Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-Personalised items: Items personalised with your business logo, will not be refunded unless the item is proved to be faulty, this is apparent for custom scents/blends, any item where you have selected the colour and/or scent, and sample boxes.
-Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
-Wholesale: if you have placed your order and your order is yet to be dispatched and you wish to cancel, a £10 picking fee is payable, and will be deducted from any refund.

-Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order
*An item will only be refunded under the term of faulty-subject to testing and approval from us.
